Modifying Printed Invoice

Sorry if this has been asked a gazillion times but I have searched everywhere (I think).

 

On my printed invoice I have the headings:

 

Products

Model

Tax

Price (ex)

Price (inc)

Total (ex)

Total (inc)

 

I want to remove the headings Tax / Price (ex) / Total (ex)

 

and would like to rename Model to Catalogue Number

 

Also it would be nice to put some text as a footer on the invoice.

 

Any ideas what I need to edit?
