Guest Posted February 17, 2006 Posted February 17, 2006 My email to the customer is coming out with really bad formatting. Its as if it cant determine text or html. There is no new lines and everything is written as if it was one long string. Where can I edit the file or text responsible? its when they make an offer to pay via a bank transaction and my bank details are sent to them like a receipt detailing their order for them to make a money transfer. That email is messed up. cheers
