Terms of Sales are usually available at the sellers site. What you can not do is purchase a layout and resell it more then once, as you do not have ownership of the graphics, nor the implementation of the layout itself. Nor can you sell it and use it as well, as this would amount to the same thing. The layout and graphics are generally copyrighted to the author, as the layout can be used in many applications it is not GPL unless other wise stated when purchased. My associate has spoken to a lawyer and has copyrighted all of his work in layout implementations. Even though he does not own all of the copyrights on the graphics, his implementation of the layout into osCommerce is a copyrightable task/work and as such when you purchase the layout you have to abide by the ToS. cheers, Peter M.
