sessions dir?

hi, i started an oscommerce site for a sharp a few months ago and have had no problams with it until the other day when i checked the site.

 

i saw there are many error messeges throughout the site saying something about the sessions dir is incorrect

 

(Warning: The sessions directory does not exist: /home/httpd/vhosts/speedymodels.com/httpdocs/store/tmp. Sessions will not work until this directory is created.)

 

the sites link is www.speedymodels.com/store

 

also when i try to log in as admin it is saying my password is incorrect.

does anyone know how i can fix this problam or know where i can get the sessions file back?
