Add extra box

Hi, Im wanting to add an extra box to the left/right columns for affiliate programs I signed up for.

 

Would a banner box be best?

 

I want a box with a category/product heading, an image in the box that links appropriately to the affiliate partners category or product.

 

Any ideas?
