Won't send password reminders

Oscommerce seems to be able to send out order and registration emails to customers, however I cannot get it to send out password reminders. Has anyone else experienced similar problems? If so, please can someone tell me how can it be fixed?

Thanks for the reply... There is a problem when a user uses password_forgotten.php. The problem has to do with email accounts like hotmail, rogers, gmail, etc. When a user asks for a new password OSC sends the email but it is gettling blocked by these isps for some reason. Even if you change the store's email address. I beleive it has somethign to do with the way password_forgotten.php is sending the email. All other emails work, such as the orders emails, order updates, confirmations, new account, etc.. It's just the password_forgotten.php email that is getting blocked.

 

I've tested with other email addresses that are my own personal domains (not hotmail, aol, gmail, etc..) and they work.

 

What could this be?
