Try this...


Go to your Administration, under Localization, Currencies, click on the update currencies button.


I faced a similar issue years back, and that was how I resolved it.

Check in Admin if you have a default currency set.


Also, do you have more than one currency set for your website? If so, try out other currencies on your catalog and see if that helps.


These info will help narrow down the possible cause of your problem.
