Local file permissions

Hi,

 

I've just installed osC on my windows XP Pro machine. Everthing works fine now, but I'm getting an error

 

"Warning: I am able to write to the configuration file: c:\inetpub\wwwroot\oscommerce\catalog/includes/configure.php. This is a potential security risk - please set the right user permissions on this file."

 

at the top of the site page.

 

I have found loads of posts saying to set the CHMOD permissions, but this is a local install to IIS6 with no FTP server. Any idea, as to what permissions I should have set in XP?
