Admin Panel Not Working; Troubled install

When I go to mydomain.com/catalog/admin the page loads just fine. The problem is nothing on the page works. When I click on "My Store" for example (or any other link), I get a "The page cannot be found" error message (HTTP 404 - File not found Internet Explorer).

Where did I go wrong? Everything seemed to install flawlessly. I did adjust all of the file persmissions as directed in the installation documentation.

I have been trying to get a cart going for days now. I am just about at the end of my rope![/size]

If you FTP into your account and go to catalog/admin directory, do you see files such as configuration.php, categories.php, customers.php, modules.php an others..

If you don't then you need to figure you where they went :) and replace them.

If they are there, make sure they are readable. rw-r--r--

I have the same problem. I can see what's going wrong, but don't know why or how to fix...

The admin page is mydomain/catalog/admin/index.php, right?

But when I click any of the links, it is looking for the pages configuration.php, categories.php etc. in

mydomain/admin/configuration.php which is not the righ directory

how do I point it to the catalog/admin/ directory, where the files are?

Thank you!
