Flat Rate Shipping

Hello all,

 

I searched but could not find an answer to this question or a contribution that addresses my problem.

 

I am using flat rate shipping.. but my problem is that I actually have 2 different flat rates.

 

For US customers, they get a shipping rate of X. For international customers they get a rate of X + $10.

 

Is there an easy way to implement this?

I tried the second one you linked and it seems like it will work for what i need. I guess the only thing I'm confused on is how to set the Zones for shipping. Like for example, flat1.php can be for the US, and flat2.php can be for everywhere else.. but how in the world to I set that?

you setup the tax zones for that. Tax Zones folders and Tax Zone details beneath. Then you will see your shipping zones to select from within the shipping modules
