Reducing Langauge Selector 'Flag' size

HI there...

Looked high and low in the Forums&KB.

Is there a simple way to reduce the size of all Language Flags in the standard 'language selector' box

I've replaced the original flags with waving flags...animated gifs

because people like to see their own flag waving...

But they are a little too big...

How do I force them down in size (actual dimensions= X by Y) PLEASE?

Is there a single way to make everything in the box the smaller size, please, without damaging the animation?
