IIS Solution for a change

For those having issues Installing OSC in the root directory of a virtual server with IIS and are getting missing require or missing include error messages check this:

 

Some versions PHP 5.03+ & PHP Pear installs can make the system path invalid. Check your path command under system properties, environment and make sure there is NO trailing ';' (Good time to make sure the entire path is correct).

 

Then check the PHP.INI file and make sure there are no duplicates in the include_path statement which are already in the system environment.

 

Restart IIS and you should be good to go!
