I need to help on chaging my currencies

Hi,

 

Can someone help me. I can't seem to make any of my prices into pounds/sterling they are all comming up as US Dollors. I went into currencies to change it into sterling and it came up as a defult. I would appreciate anyone that can tell me what to do. Thanks
