Add/Minus Stock with the Click of a Button

Hi,

 

I have the need for my store and I think it would be generally helpful if next to "qty in stock" (in admin listings) there were two buttons "+" and "-" that you could click and it would either add to or deduct one unit of stock each time it was clicked.

 

For instance if you sell something face to face and need to remove a unit of stock from your online store, you just browse to that listing, hit the minus button and the stock is changed, without having to go edit - then deduct one from the number, then preview, update etc...

 

Any help would be great.
