Exporting Data from osCommerce

We have decided to switch from osCommerce to another ecommerce solution (we don't have anyone with the technical knowledge to set-up and keep up our store).

 

We would like to export the product data that we have already put in our store into another site.

 

Can someone please, please, please tell me what to do?

Easy Populate would be the easiest method I know of.
