Can't make a new line

I find this extremely annoying and stupid. When adding a product description, pressing enter makes a new line but on preview and on the main page there is no new line. Why can't i do something as simple as that????

It's a lot easier if you install a wysiwyg editor, then whatever you type is what you see.

Try installing this contribution or one of the other wysiwyg editor contiributions.
