osCommerce Newbie Needs Help please!

I'm an osCommerce newbie and not afraid to admit it, and that I have a few questions I'm hoping somebody can answer.

1) Is there any way to remove the osCommerce (no offense to you guys) logo and insert my company logo?

2) I deal with several warehouses, some using UPS and others use FedEx. Can someone recommend how to set up the shipping costs, as products are shipped from different locations?

3) Is there any way to set up a product list on my system (in a .CSV file), and upload it directly into the osCommerce product database? If yes, can I set up categories, and sub-categories in the same manner?

4) Can I set up tiered discounts for customers, or are the discounts product specific? If yes, how do I do this?

5) Some of my warehouses list product dimensions for calculating shipping. Does osCommerce allow me to enter the dimensions, or just the products weight?

6) I have attempted to create a test user account. When i try logging in, I get the following message: "Error: No match for E-Mail Address and/or Password." What would be causing this? The database is set up and it is populated with viewable products.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks...

Can you see the account in either the database or the Admin Section?

Thanks for all the info. I've gone in and checked this, and the customer database is empty. Did i maybe miss a step somewhere?

There's no error message. It just loops back to the registration screen.

I'm having the same problem here, I can't log in with whats in the customer database...or create a new account

Just loops back to the new member screen...I'm suspecting the SSL account right now

But any input would be helpfull

I have been searching all over for an answer to this - I have yet to find anything. I am a newbie too, but have had an fairly easy go of it so far. I can't create a customer account it just sends be back to the same page.

Actually, I found the problem a short while ago. with my hosting services help, it turns out the database was corrupt. Fortunately, I had no customer accounts and only 9 products entered when I encountered the problem.

Thanks for the hedlp everyone!
