Guest Posted February 11, 2006 Posted February 11, 2006 Did you created a new default currency? In the edit did you put 1.0000000 as the value and then click on update currencies button ? and in the catalog/includes/languages/english.php around line 36 // if USE_DEFAULT_LANGUAGE_CURRENCY is true, use the following currency, instead of the applications default currency (used w$ define('LANGUAGE_CURRENCY', 'USD'); Change it to whatever you need HTH The_Bear

paananenh Posted March 28, 2006 Posted March 28, 2006 Thank you, this solved my problem.. Just had to read through couple of threads before finding the solution. Problem was in english.php (and in my case also in finnish.php) :) Did you created a new default currency? blumarine Posted April 1, 2006 Posted April 1, 2006 Hello Everyone, Ok, I have the same problem with the 0 product pricing. I have edited the English.php file from USD to ZAR. But, before I got there, I was getting the following error when trying to update the currency after deleting all the others and creating a new currency: Warning: file(): URL file-access is disabled in the server configuration in /usr/www/users/compwo/admin/includes/functions/localization.php on line 14 Warning: file(http://www.oanda.com/convert/fxdaily?value=1&redirected=1&exch=ZAR&format=CSV&dest=Get+Table&sel_list=ZAR): failed to open stream: no suitable wrapper could be found in /usr/www/users/compwo/admin/includes/functions/localization.php on line 14 Warning: implode(): Bad arguments. in /usr/www/users/compwo/admin/includes/functions/localization.php on line 18 Warning: file(): URL file-access is disabled in the server configuration in /usr/www/users/compwo/admin/includes/functions/localization.php on line 28 Warning: file(http://www.xe.net/ucc/convert.cgi?Amount=1&From=ZAR&To=ZAR): failed to open stream: no suitable wrapper could be found in /usr/www/users/compwo/admin/includes/functions/localization.php on line 28 Warning: implode(): Bad arguments. in /usr/www/users/compwo/admin/includes/functions/localization.php on line 32 Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /usr/www/users/compwo/admin/includes/functions/localization.php:14) in /usr/www/users/compwo/admin/includes/functions/general.php on line 22 What am I doing wrong? Please advise, thank you...
blumarine Posted April 1, 2006 Posted April 1, 2006 A quick update: The following thread solved my problem with regard to Zero values, I still however cannot update the currency and get the above errors. Can I continue even with these errors? http://www.oscommerce.com/forums/index.php?sho...+Currency+Value P.S. : Thank you for the above thread :)
