php.ini error after installation of osCommerce

Recommended Posts

If you have access to a local php.ini file on your web server you can re-enable them in that file by setting them to on. If you don't have a local php.ini file and your site is on an Apache server (Unix/Linux) then you can put this in a .htaccess file in the root of your domain:

php_flag register_globals on

However, some .htaccess functions may be disallowed if PHP is running in High Security mode as a jailed cgi. If that's the case then you'll have to install the Register Globals Patch Files (link below my name).
