Hi,

In some mods I see "run the .sql file in the folder "Sql" of this file to apply SQL changes to

your database."

Is there a place I can go to learn how to use MYSQL or something that will do the above? Also where do I find this in my database?

I am real new to all this and Im willing to try.

thanks

Using phpMyAdmin, just select the database name in the left pane, then select the SQL tab in the right pane. Use the browse button to locate and select the "filename.sql" file in the contribution files on your computer (not the server). Then click "go". This will execute the query, thus making the database changes.

Most of us have access to phpMyAdmin in the control panel of or host.
