credit card processing

i get to the last step and click confirm and it comes back up saying:

' There has been an error processing your credit card. Please try again.' can anyone help i have spoken to authorize,].net staff and my account config. is fine and i called blue host (before i called blue host there was an error with my ssl but it would let me checkout, but it never registered an order on the cart/admin side of things) and they installed my ssl and now that is ok but now i get the error that i listed above. help this is the last of my snaffoos to get this website to be fully functional HELP!!
