SSL login redirect error

Recommended Posts

Another newbie here, working on an installation hosted by third-party host. This installation is unusual in that it uses the Catalog dir as the root directory for the site.

We finally got the payment module working, but as soon as we did, the login process went awry.

Now, when logging in correctly, login.php redirects to shopping_cart.php -- but redirects incorrectly to the root, and not to the virtual directory as needed when using the host's secure server.

In other words, the login page, here:

redirects to:

instead of:

The login did function correctly previously, until the working credit card payment module was installed, though I don't see the connection.

The configuration appears to have the correct directories:

define('HTTP_SERVER', 'http://www.ihsastore.com');

define('HTTPS_SERVER', 'https://secure1.microbyte.net');

define('ENABLE_SSL', true); // secure webserver for checkout procedure?

define('HTTP_COOKIE_DOMAIN', 'www.ihsastore.com');

define('HTTPS_COOKIE_DOMAIN', 'www.ihsastore.com');

define('HTTP_COOKIE_PATH', '/');

define('HTTPS_COOKIE_PATH', '/');

define('DIR_WS_HTTP_CATALOG', '/');

define('DIR_WS_HTTPS_CATALOG', '/virtual/ihsastore/');

define('DIR_FS_CATALOG', 'F:/inetpub/wwwroot/virtual/ihsastore/');

define('HTTP_SERVER', 'http://www.ihsastore.com');

define('HTTP_CATALOG_SERVER', 'http://www.ihsastore.com');

define('HTTPS_CATALOG_SERVER', 'https://secure1.microbyte.net/virtual/ihsastore/');

define('ENABLE_SSL_CATALOG', 'true'); // secure webserver for catalog module

define('DIR_FS_DOCUMENT_ROOT', 'F:/inetpub/wwwroot/virtual/ihsastore/');

define('DIR_WS_CATALOG', '/'); // absolute path required

define('DIR_FS_CATALOG', 'F:/inetpub/wwwroot/virtual/ihsastore/'); // absolute path required

Can anyone suggest a place to concentrate my efforts? Trying to understand the login redirect code has proven unproductive.
