Paypal problems.

When a customer uses Paypal to order, sometimes the order doesn't come though. Paypal sends us the email confirming the payment, but I don't know what they have ordered.


It seems to me that unless the customer hits the "back to merchant" button on the Paypal screen we don't recieve the order.


Does anyone know how to get round this.


Any help will be much appricated.
