tiG Posted January 27, 2006 Posted January 27, 2006 I want (something like) this : and I have this: I tried changing the catalog/stylesheet and it didn't make any changes. There is also no place on it to make the header image bigger as in the first image. There are several stylesheets buried in and among, which one does what? tia
Wendy James Posted January 27, 2006 Posted January 27, 2006 Your screen shots show two different things. The top one is the admin area, the second is the store. To change the colors you do edit the catalog/stylesheet.css to change the header image, you can either edit the catalog/includes/header.php or you can create your own image, name it oscommerce.gif and upload it to your catalog/images/ folder You do not have to specify a size, it will change to whatever size image you upload. Not sure what you mean about several stylesheets, there should only be two. One for the catalog, one for the admin. Wendy James Creativity is allowing yourself to make mistakes. tiG Posted January 27, 2006 Author Posted January 27, 2006 there are about 8, had them listed but clicked the wrong button. If I only need ever worry about those two you listed, we're good, thanks! btw, you do mean pkg/catalog/stylesheet, correct? or am I in the wrong folder to begin with?
Wendy James Posted January 27, 2006 Posted January 27, 2006 I would have to guess and say yes. It is whichever stylesheet that is inside your stores folder. You shouldn't have like 8 stylesheets unless you are using a template system and if you are then you will need to edit the stylesheet specific to the template you are using... and maybe one outside of the template folder but I am not sure as I have never used a template system before.
