cafman Posted January 27, 2006 Posted January 27, 2006 My customers are placing orders but not being charged shipping. The UPS module is activated, and when I try and place an order myself, it adds it and works. However, when customers do it it doesn't work. They are just being charged the item price and the total does not reflect any shipping fees. This doesn't make sense. Howcome it works for me but not other people? I've tried it with different fake accounts, both browsers (IE & Firefox), and it shows it for me but others don't calculate. My site: http://www.caraudiofactory.com/ Help! TIA
Guest Posted January 27, 2006 Posted January 27, 2006 check if the UPS shipping module is configured to explicitly operate on certain shipping zones (osc admin). Set it the shipping zone to "none" so it should be active for every customer.
