Product inventory feed updating automatically from distributor to my site ???

Hi,

 

How would I do this? I already have the inventory link, its just getting it intergerted in I need help with & maybe a script code help me do this better, I do not know that much about making new scripts out of thin air.

 

Anyone know of any or can help me make one of these scripts please post back here for me.
