Problem with Easypopulate

Hello to all, they are new of the forum. I have this problem: with Easypopulate, in premises the import of the products works perfectly, while in remote not. In practical, I have noticed that in remote it always imports and only the first product that it finds listed in the rows txt. In fact (in order to remove the doubt to me that held in memory always the produced usual), has tried to make the import, has removed the product (the first one) imported from the rows txt, has thrown again the import and has loaded the first found product (that it would have been the second in normal conditions). Insomma, in premises imports all the products... in remote only the first one. To what it has had? I hope of to have been clear. Thanks
