Urgent help, Images Folder Not Writable

I need to finish a website very quikly and this problem just came up not long ago.

 

This is my error massage:

 

Error: Catalog images directory is not writeable:/home/elec0106/public_html/images/

 

 

I have to put a few products up with images and i tryed puting the images in manualy

and then creating the product but that did not work.

 

could someone please help me :( .

Right click on the images directory with your ftp program and set permissions to 755 (or 777 if required by your host).
