my virtual card issues

Ok, i posted this on another area, but i got no responses, so i figured i'll post it here I hope someone can help me :(

 

 

I'm totally lost here.

 

I looked up some previous posts, but that didn't help unfortunately. I"m hoping someone out there uses myvirtualcard and can help me, because there customer service team hasn't responded back to my email.

 

I installed all the basic files where they need to go, but there are three files that dont have homes.

These are:

application_top.inc

checkout_process.inc

transaction_verification

 

and... this is the error message i get when i try to test the system... all i do is click on credit card and continue then comfirm order and this is what i get:

 

Warning: after_process(includes/modules/payment/myvirtualcard/checkout_process.inc.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/.beaucoup/pleasureplaypen/checkout.pleasureplaypen.com/includes/modules/payment/myvirtualcard.php on line 104

 

Fatal error: after_process(): Failed opening required 'includes/modules/payment/myvirtualcard/checkout_process.inc.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/.beaucoup/pleasureplaypen/checkout.pleasureplaypen.com/includes/modules/payment/myvirtualcard.php on line 104

 

when i go into the document it is looking at and go to line 104, this is what i see: DIR_WS_MODULES.'payment/myvirtualcard/checkout_process.inc.php';

am i supposed to change something??

 

I hope i gave you guys enough information so that someone can help me!

includes/modules/payment/myvirtualcard/checkout_process.inc.php

 

It is looking for that file, but your file is checkout_process.inc. I don't know which one is correct but it gives you a starting place.

thanks, that's a start :) I tried changing to .inc but no help :(
