Contributions... What versions to download?

So I am a little confused about the contributions...

 

For example this one here I would like to install:

The thing is what version do I install?

 

Does the most recent posting called "Newsletter & Subscribers v054" contain ALL the files needed or just the updates?

 

Do I start at the first version and then go through ALL the version updates?

 

It would be nice if this was a little more clear in that section.

Contributions should contain the entire update, however this is not the case with the newsletter contribution. the latest full version would be "Newsletter & Subscribers v054". The latest update can be applied to v054 if you want to use it.
