ASDCO Posted January 25, 2006 Posted January 25, 2006 Well, I have been working on this problem for awhile now. How to place a front-page slide-show in the item description box. I guess my question is, why will a webbot not work in the description area? or will it work and I am doing something wrong? If I a href my real.htm file in my gallery folder I can bring up the blank slide-show boxes in my desc area but no images. If I use the webbot bot string in the desc box I get nothing. The reason I want to use the fp slide-show is the ease and speed of creating it,now if I could just get the webbot to work in the desc area, any suggestions?
ASDCO Posted January 25, 2006 Author Posted January 25, 2006 <img src="osCommerce_catalog/images/photogallery/photo00007141/real.htm"> The above line inserted into the descrip area installs the whole working slide-show into the descrip area with one minor problem, when you view the product the small no image box appears and no slide show but if I right click on the no-image box to view the image the slide-show appears and works fine. I cannot figure out why it does not load when it WILL load when I right click show image?

Maybe replace "here" with a photo and target="blank" and I can make hundreds of photogallery files replacable in a sec. Any ideas on what I should do to refine this a bit and maybe help other front-page users view it?
