Basic Question - Create account page not working

Hi,

 

THis is a basic setup question I'm sure, but my new osCommerice installation won't allow me to create an account. When I go to create an account and fill out all of the info and hit "Continue" it just returns me to the same form, but it's blank.

 

I've checked configure.php and it seems like the database connection info is correct. The catalog is displaying ok and I've set the database user to have full rights to the mysql database.

 

Could someone point me in the right direction for where to look next to debug this problem? What configure issue does this symptom usually indicate?
