Darklings Posted January 25, 2006 Posted January 25, 2006 Hi, Small question that should be easy for someone already run into it :P I just added the 'newsdesk' contribution.. It makes use of the infoBox property's as far as i understand. I just having trouble to locate where this is added... Is the class added to the boxes on a general page that is included or something? So all general boxes have that class? Cause my table just doesnt have any class (the newsdesk one) yet it acts when i change the infoBoxContents backgroundcolor... Can anyone help me? You need code - no prob i can post here or mail you. It's prob verry simple - but just don't understand how it works. Help is much appreciated - since i just want to override the tablesback color to fit the design. (adding a backcolor attribute to the table tag seems not to override the css... the css file keeps working... so the table background doesnt change from they lightgrey to white like i want it) Thnx, Kind Regards, Tom Even in this dark place, yes, I am afraid of my own shadow. Then in your new defined class in classes/boxes.php set you new styleclass and create a style in the stylesheet.css You would have been better posting this in the appropriate support channel for the contribution. I cannot recall if it has already been covered there as I am no longer ative in the support of the contribution. There are others that have been developing the contribution and supporting it since my last update of a year ago. No longer giving free advice. Please place deposit in meter slot provided. Darklings Posted January 25, 2006 Author Posted January 25, 2006 Thnx for the fast reply I chose to post the question here since i thought it was something general with the css of oscommerce and had nothing to do with the contrib itself.. also the topic of the contrib looked dead to me - as i saw two pages with questions and no answers.. and also - i might sound lazy - but i don't feel up to read a unorganized suportplatform for a contribution with over 15 pages of posts to see if there is anything that can help me - especial not when prob half of it is from 2004... I do use the Search future.. and that didnt gave me anything i want to know... But i'll try out what you just sugested... Ty Even in this dark place, yes, I am afraid of my own shadow.
