create a link to a new file

Ok on my site www.dragonflyflorist.com/index.php I have a button called delivery info. When you click on it goes to the page but then it doesnt use the css or any of the menus. What files do I need to edit to make it work like the files in the infobox? Thanks.

I don't use a template contribution so I can't say exactly what you are missing but compare you delivery file with one that works, your problem will be near the top of the page (before the content section). You can always use a page that does work as a template for the creating new pages.

is incorrect. Compare that to the include for the css on index.php
