Al my Categories ->Products disapperared !!

I was populating my OSCommerce DB, when I decided to delete one of my main categories (by the way, it was empty). I received this message:

After that ALL my Categories -> Products disappered rom admin and clients view. I ?d checked the database via PHPMyAdmin and it seem sto contaian data in the proper tables -> Fields. so I think the info was not deleted ... but is not available in OSCommerce.
