dfortna Posted January 24, 2006 Posted January 24, 2006 Not sure if this has been covered before, but I was wondering if there are any suggestions out there for really good open source site searches that would compliment oscommerce well. At my "real job," I manage our site search, and the site search software is Endeca. (www.endeca.com). This is an awesome site search and allows me to really control results, beyond the fact that the results it returns based on rules we feed it are excellent. I'd like to have something like this for my oscommerce sites. It needs to handle 1000's of products. I've looked at phpSiteSearch. Seems pretty simple, but I don't know much about it. Any suggestions out there? Thanks for your time!
