Guest Posted January 24, 2006 Posted January 24, 2006 Hi guys 1 in 20 people are logging out of my site to early, All settings on the site are fine and checked by my webmaster. My webmaster suspects that some customers after payment may log out before they get returned back to the site. They are supposed to get auto redirected after the paypal/Nochex payment, but I am sure some customers are leaving early leaving me clueless of the order. We have even but a large message on the checkout page but it still is not helping, which is effecting my reputation. Please can you advise regards Daniel THE BLING KING www.theblingking.co.uk Quote

AntonAAK Posted January 24, 2006 Posted January 24, 2006 Lots of us have been having this problem recently. Seems to be a change in the way Paypal redirection operates. Wilfy's post on this thread has the answer which worked for me. http://www.oscommerce.com/forums/index.php?sho...ic=184766&st=20 I agree that this is very annoying and Paypal have been less than helpful! Best of luck A Quote
♥bruyndoncx Posted January 24, 2006 Posted January 24, 2006 the held orders contribution will store the order details before the final confirmation independent of the payment method. Quote KEEP CALM AND CARRY ON I do not use the responsive bootstrap version since i coded my responsive version earlier, but i have bought every 28d of code package to support burts effort and keep this forum alive (albeit more like on life support). So if you are still here ? What are you waiting for ?! Find the most frequent unique errors to fix: grep "PHP" php_error_log.txt | sed "s/^.* PHP/PHP/g" |grep "line" |sort | uniq -c | sort -r > counterrors.txt
