How to Simplify Product Listing

Hello,

I am sure people are always tired of newbies asking questions on how to get something to work "their" way. Here is another one of those.

 

I am trying to simplify the product listing. I basically only want a table (with say 5 columns) that shows a product image with name just under it. No price or anything else. Once they click on the picture/name, it goes to product info. Any ideas on how to get this to work?
