Need to change URL format in order status emails

When OS commerce sends emails to the customer with order status updates, there is a link for them to see a detailed invoice. For some reason the format of the link is https://mystore.com/oscommerce instead of https://www.mystore.com/oscommerce. Because my SSL certificate is for www.mystore.com, when customers click the link, they get a message that the certificate is invalid. I checked my configure.php file and the secure URL has www included. How can I change it so the link in the emails includes www?
