How can I add a 'Select a size' feature on my t-shirts?

I am selling t-shirts, and I am wondering how I can add a selectable size option: small, medium, large, xl.

 

Also, for decals I am selling, I want to be able to offer different colors - blue, yellow, red, black, etc.

 

How can I do this?
