I am trying to comment out a line in the english.php file, and when I refresh my store I get some error about,.. Parse error, unexpected t-string It gives me a line number, which is not even the line I commented out. Could it be a problem with editing with the Admin File Manager?

Its always best to download the file make the edits in Notepad or your HTML editor. On occasion you may receive errors that do not seem to reference an existing line number because there is some issue with a line above it, such as not ending the line with a semi-colon or perhaps some other similiar problem where a line was not completed. Without seeing the file I have no way of knowing for sure.
