NO ADMIN???...unable to access admin

Hi all, I'm new here so please bare with me. I recently uploaded oscommerce and am unable to access the admin panel, when I type; www.domain.com/admin

 

I get the following error message in the browser;

 

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: tep_href_link() in /home/bodydoor/public_html/admin/includes/functions/general.php on line 60

 

Does anybody know what this is?...Thanks

It appears this is not the stock OsCommerce install, but rather an installation through CRE. I'm not sure what changes might have been made to the original oscommerce code. May want to turn to the CRE forum for answers.
