Odd things after changing host

Ok well im not really even sure what to ask about here but this is my situation.

 

I have recently changed from yahoo B) to Midphase hosting service, evreything went ok but i have a few small errors I cant seem to shake.

 

It is telling that I do not have an image folder. View Screenshot

 

And also it doesn't think that I have a backups folder. View Screenshot

 

Here are my configure files, The place it want these folders to be IS where they are I have triple checked that, just to make sure.

You have to change the folder permission to 777 to your images folder and you have to create a folder name backups in your admin folder and set permission to 777

The backups folder was already there, ( This was all working before th transfer ) Changing the permissions was an great idea, sadly it did not work.

interesting side note i can rename the folder and change it in the configure files. When I do this all the existing images work like before but I still cannot get OSC to recognize it ot add any new images through admin.
