1062 error

If i add more than 1 product in admin specials section i get the following error :

 

1062 - Duplicate entry '0' for key 1

 

insert into specials (products_id, specials_new_products_price, specials_date_added, expires_date, status) values ('364', '23', now(), '', '1')

 

[TEP STOP]

 

Does anybody know what to do about it?
