babyluv Posted January 23, 2006 Posted January 23, 2006 I am having a problem with when customers place an order, it goes thru the entire process of charging the credit card through paypal and giving the customer a confirmation number and Paypal sends me an email informing me that we have received money from this customer but the order does not post in the admin so I can't see what the customer ordered. What do I have to do to fix that?

Just a word of caution, myself and others have noticed that even with the PayPal IPN contribution some orders do not get back to the store after they have completed their payment through PayPal. I just had this happen today. If it happens the only fix I've found is to hope the the customer shopping cart contents are what they orders, and then manually update the orders table. It's a pain in the @$$. I've never seen a solution posted... has anyone else?
