For example, if I have changed 'Flat Rate' to 'US Rate' and the option to select is 'First Class Mail', is there a way to add another option under 'US Rate' to say 'Global Priority'? It would look something like this: I have made 3 iterations of flat.php to the suggested flat1.php, flat2.php, & flat3.php to get US, Canada, & International. Now I want to take it one step further to look like the following. Shipping Method: US Rate - First Class Mail - Global Priority Canada Rate - First Class Mail - Global Priority International Rate - First Class Mail - Global Priority
