Purchase without Account Problem - Please help

Hi there I'm new to this forum And am actually posting on behalf of my techinal guy who sorted my oscommerce shop and added a PWA module some time ago. We have had a problem with anyone purchasing via the PWA method cannot then ever make another purchase entering the same address/email details it just gives an incorrect email address/username error. We've also had problems with the shop confusing customer address and shipping addresses, sometimes somehow it fetches an address from a previous order of a different customer so we have the correct customer address and a random shipping address on the order. Please don't reply with a load of jargon as I'm only a dumb home PC user. If anyone knows the contact detai;ls of anyone who could sort this problem for us we are willing to pay. My techincal guy is stumped with this problem and needs help from someone with more experience.
