Can anyone help me out with the below error I am banging my head in a wall here, I keep getting error after error on the install. The error is below.

 

parse error, unexpected T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING in /home/vengeanc/public_html/catalog/includes/configure.php on line 43

 

 

anyhelp would be great
