Is there a way to add the shipping total in the cart before checkout?

I just read an article about online shopping habits and it said most people won't buy until they know what the shipping is. I know there is a contribution so people don't have to set up an account first but even that one you have to fill in your shipping address info before it will take you to the final price which includes the shipping amount. Is there a way to make the cart show a running total with shipping as people add to it?

I use it and though it was a challenge to setup, I think it was worth it.
