[email protected] Posted January 21, 2006 Posted January 21, 2006 In the product list, for a product "Click for options" appears. Then you go to that screen, type in something, but it is not saved and never appears in the shopping cart or in the rest of the ordering process. The item is coffee, and we have set up the attribute of "special instructions" as a text option so a customer can tell us how to serve his coffee. Is there a fix for this problem?
ozEworks Posted January 22, 2006 Posted January 22, 2006 You are describing a problem with a contribution I think. You need to go to the contribution support area for the one you installed and look there.

No, it's not a contribution. OSC gives you a choice of radio, checkbox, or text. And the text doesn't work. I see it used, however, in the OSC demo store.

Kym, It looks as though you are right. I just did a clean install locally, and there are no choices for option types. So I'll go looking for the contribution. Thank you very much for pointing me in the right direction.
